ABOUT

Over the last 20-ish years, I have photographed something like 8,000 sessions (but who’s counting) with a clientele ranging from numerous multiple Oscar and Emmy Award winning actors, to up-and coming talent, to musicians and models, to luminaries from the worlds of business and media.

Most photographers ask you to pose. My job is to get you to stop posing. When photographing actors I prefer portraiture, not caricature. I eschew the idea of extreme “looks” in favor of truthful representations. When photographing professionals, I’m passionate about creating images that feel connected and unposed. I like working with smart people in full possession of a sense of humor.

My work has been featured in People Magazine, US Weekly, Angeleno, Beverly Hills Magazine, Closer, LA Stage, Vigour, Moevir, and most importantly, on my mother’s refrigerator. When not shooting I'm a passionate educator and motivational madman doing private coaching, public speaking, and workshops
