EXECUTIVE HEADSHOTS (In Our Studio)

1 Person, 2-Looks -$500 • 2 People, 2-Looks Each -$400 each • 3 People, 2-Looks Each - $300 each
4 People, 2 Looks Each - $250 each • 5-7 People, 2 Looks Each - $225 each • 7+ People, 2 Looks Each - $200 Per Person
•Each executive in-studio shoot comes with one complimentary retouched image per person.

MAKEUP & LIGHT HAIR

$220-$250 range for Women or girls 12 and over for up to 3 looks. 
$160 for girls 11 and under.
$150 form men or boys.
* For women, I recommend using one of my hair and make up artists. Most men do not need a HMUA. But if you desire grooming, go for it.

BOOKING/RESCHEDULING POLICIES

DEPOSIT: A $200 non-refundable is required to book a session. By booking you agreed to this policy.

BALANCE DUE: Your balance is be due at the end of your shoot. We take cash, checks, Apple Pay, Venmo, MasterCard and Visa. Master Card and Visa are subject to a 3% surcharge. We do not take American Express.

RESCHEDULING: We allow rescheduling ONCE with 72 hours (3 business days) notice. Rescheduling with less than 3-business days notice is considered a cancellation and results in the loss of your deposit. Honest emergencies can be considered on a case by case basis.  We appreciate your consideration, communication, and advance notice!

IF WE RESCHEDULE: If for some reason (other than weather) we have to reschedule, you can receive a discount of $50 off your shoot or you do have the option of canceling and receiving a full refund.

LATE ARRIVALS. If you're late, we will do out best but you will get less shoot time. If you're over 45 minutes late, this is considered a cancellation and results in the loss of your deposit. There are NO exceptions to this policy. So best to arrive early.

NO-SHOWS: If you do not show up, or you cancel, you will forfeit your holding fee/deposit.

IMAGE DELIVERY: You’ll receive your photos within 5 business days of your shoot. But we usually get them to you much sooner. We give you the original, full-sized, high-resolution images with no watermark.

QUANTITY OF IMAGES: We’ll eliminate “blinks and blurs” and awkward expressions, but generally our clients receive 550+ images.

USAGE: Images are released for personal use, for use on casting sites, printed headshots, social media, Linkdin, your website, your company’s website, post cards, IMDB, etc... Contact us regarding publication (either online of print) as we retain copyright.

ARCHIVING: We archive your images. But you should download and save your session as you are responsible for saving your files.

MAKEUP: We have makeup artists that have worked with us for years and we are happy to book one for you. You are also welcome to do your own hair/makeup. If you want to bring your own makeup artist to the shoot, let us know at the time of your booking.

RETOUCHING is not included in your acting headshot shoot fee. We suggest that you retouch. We have great referral retouchers and will give your their info at your shoot.

FOR PARENTS: We have a CPS permit. For any clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present at all times.

A LOOK is a single change of wardrobe, or a single change of hair/makeup, or any combo of the two.

HEADSHOTS vs. MODELING SHOTS: Please note that while we are willing to offer a few 3/4 or full body shots during a headshot shoot, that modeling portfolio shots are not included in headshot sessions. Modeling shoots are booked separately.

RE-SHOOTS & REFUNDS: There are NO re-shoots or refunds for any reasons other than technical issues/malfunctions. No exceptions.
